Simplified Guide to Vehicle Towing Ireland with RecoveryNow

RecoveryNow is the first web app in Ireland that provides roadside assistance with just a few taps.

With RecoveryNow you do not need to call, search all over the internet for car recovery/towing or wait for lazy insurance to answer you.

For Customers

Step 1.
Make an account on RecoveryNow.

Step 2.
Press "Request Recovery" 

Step 3. 
Choose the kind of service you need. (Breakdown, Accident, Tire Service, Fuel Delivery, Jump Start or Lock out Services)

Step 4.
Add pick-up location, you can press the "current location" button to get the accurate location without entering any details.
Add drop-off location, if you have no drop-off location you can choose from our "Partner Garages", app shows you the distance to those garages as well.
Add extra details about your vehicle.

Step 5.
Send the request & recovery drivers, will instantly get notified about your request. If there is no drivers near you, the area of search expands all across Ireland. If the service you requested has no active drivers the app will let you know and cancel the request. 

Step 6.
Get back on the road in no time with RecoveryNow.

RecoveryNow will not take payment until the service has been completed. The driver that assists you will be prompted at the end to click one of the options: "cash payment" or "card payment" if none have pressed the driver can not move forward with other requests. shortly after payment the app will send you a receipt by email & also you can find it in your "Receipt" menu in the app, this receipts can be used in some cases with your insurance to get your money back.

Become a driver for RecoveryNow

If you want a recovery/tow truck & don't have enough jobs, you can always sign up to RecoveryNow. All you have to do is:

Step 1.
Complete "Onboarding", we will ask for you tow truck type & what kind of vehicles you can carry, photo of you license, photo of the license being held to your face & number plate of your tow truck.

Step 2. 
Choose areas you want to cover in the app (you can choose as many as you want)

Step 3.
Set-up a Stripe account. This is the payment provider of RecoveryNow. You will be needing this for us to process payments and your pay outs. 

Step 4.
Set-up our monthly subscription. (You have 3 months free) after that we will be taking €19.99 per month. This subscription is created only so that recovery drivers do not leave accounts idle & that they do not create too many accounts. All subscription money will be used for special giveaways for recovery drivers.

Step 5.
Receive Requests from customers, you can make your own prices, but the app will also calculate a fare, you can still use whichever price you want. 

Step 6.
After the customer accepts your quote, you can press "Get Directions" & the app will redirect you to maps with the location of the customer already on it. Always check with the customer that the location is correct

For mechanics/garage owners

If you want your garage to appear on RecoveryNow and be shown to broken down cars

Step 1.
Press on this website "Garage Subscription"

Step 2.
Choose a Plan

Step 3.
Enter your garage details (location, details, opening times, phone number & a nice picture of the garage or logo of your garage.)

Step 4.
Receive customers from RecoveryNow with no hard work, we do that part for you.
